At our Culinary Institute, we pride ourselves on providing our students with the best hands-on practical training available. With over 500 recipes to learn from, our students are given the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a wide range of cuisines including Indian, Continental, Oriental, Arabic, and Mediterranean. Not only do we cover a variety of cooking styles, but we also include instruction in bakery and patisserie. Our team of highly experienced chefs, with an average of 15+ years of experience in 4*/5* hotels in India and abroad, are dedicated to passing on their knowledge and skills to our students. Through our practical curriculum, students will not only learn how to cook different dishes, but they will also gain a deeper understanding of the techniques and flavors that make each cuisine unique. Weekly Project Presentations

The IICCM Institute of Culinary Arts is dedicated to providing its students with a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience. As part of our curriculum, students are required to give weekly project presentations, which have proven to be instrumental in building their confidence. These presentations involve intensive research into a variety of cuisines, including Continental, Oriental, Arabic, and Mediterranean along with Bakery & Patisserie. The students then present their findings in front of a panel of experienced chefs, allowing them to showcase their knowledge and skills. By regularly engaging in such projects, students not only become more knowledgeable about different cuisines but also develop the necessary presentation skills required to become successful chefs. Interview Preparation

All our students at our culinary school are extremely passionate about cooking and have a strong desire to work for leading employers in the culinary industry. As a culinary school, it is our main responsibility to groom and prepare our students to meet the expectations of these employers. To achieve this, our highly experienced chef trainers dedicate 2-3 hours twice a week to work closely with our students and help them prepare for their future job interviews. This guidance and support from our trainers give our students the opportunity to ask any doubts they may have, ensuring they are well-equipped and confident for their interviews. Monthly Mock Interviews

As part of our curriculum, we offer monthly mock interviews where students are given the opportunity to answer hundreds of questions posed by highly experienced professional Chefs. 06 Months Internship + 06 Months OJT in 4*/5* Hotels in India (2nd Year)

The advanced diploma in culinary arts offers students a comprehensive education in the culinary world. Upon completion of the first academic year, students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by being placed in 4*/5* hotels within their industrial learning program. This 12-month program is divided into two parts, with the initial 6 months being dedicated to an culinary internship and the latter 6 months focusing on on-the-job training. Through this program, students are able to gain real-world experience and develop their skills in a professional setting.
